By choosing this option customer will get our trained technical staff to their plant side on a 24/7 basis or as per mutual agreement with multiple options.
3 - Standby Technical Support
A dedicated team will be assigned for the client and it will remain standby for any technical support/services throughout the agreement period. It is also having multiple options so client to choose the most suitable one.
4 - On Call Basis 24/7 Technical Support
We offer these services to all of our valuable clients free of charge. However, the SLA can be customized as per the client's need and requirements.
